Pinnacle

Recently, my husband and I needed a place to stay in Jacksonville Florida following his lung transplant at the Mayo Clinic. We were given the names of several apartment complexes in the area but none could compare to the care and compassion we received from the Pinnacle complex. Kaitlin, Victoria, Buffy, Nala and Joy, just to name a few were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Due to medical reasons, our needs and length of stay changed throughout our time in the area, and we were met with gracious understanding of this. The apartment complex was exceptionally clean and with updated amenities including 2 pools, an amazing gym and special events for all residents. We would highly recommend the Pinnacle apartment complex for anyone needing any accommodations in the Jacksonville area.

The Pinnacle is a beautiful property with what I assume to be great amenities and an attractive layout. Unfortunately, the management team experience, aside from the receptionist was very disappointing. My partner toured the property a week earlier and felt unwelcome and judged, noting that the receptionist was the only warm and inviting person. She felt her tour was rushed and she was not provided basic details for the property. I believe everyone has a bad day, or sometimes what we feel may not always be reality so despite that, I decided to visit because the photos were impressive. We arrived on a Saturday without an appointment (which is allowed) and waited patiently while staff were on a tour. When a staff member returned, my partner said hello and received no response. The apartment complex was such a beautiful experience. The part that enhanced it all the more was Miss Melissa‘s beautiful service and hospitality to us as guests. she has such a beautiful caring, heart and spirit that shows and reflects the hospitality that the apartments have alone. This was my first time going apartment shopping and let’s just say, Melissa was absolutely amazing!! Her warm welcoming smile and her hugs were the best thing ever. If you don't live on the 4th floor be prepared for tons of noise and it isn't anybody's fault but the builder's. And if you do live on the 4th floor be prepared for every little move you make to cause neighbors below to bang on the ceiling (vacuuming, scooting chairs, dog playing etc). Very thin layers between floors. The amenities here are five star, actual building quality/structure is a two star. You pay for parking including any guest that visit. The parking situation is horrible. Someone was able to buy our parking stall before the month was over and basically just steal our spot the next month.
