Mark was early for our inspection in which he showed up prepared to conduct the inspection of the home that we are under contract for. He spent several hours conducting the thorough inspection of the exterior, property, and interior of the home. I stayed with him the entire time so I could learn from Mark, understand any observations and potential risks from any findings, and get any advice he recommended. Mark was very detail oriented and very willing to share his knowledge with me. I received his very detailed report including photos the next morning and he made himself available for any additional questions that I may have had.
