Pinnacle at the Wesleyan

I was very interested in this property, but after going to “tour” I was so disappointed. Staff seems disorganized/ unprofessional and they do not even allow you to look at any of the apartments before moving in (no model units). I scheduled a tour for 4:30pm multiple days in advance through the link they sent me after contacting them. The day of the tour, I got there at 4:28pm. While walking up to the door the only leasing agent that was there (that I have the tour with) saw me approaching and quickly flipped the “open” sign to “closed” despite me having a tour PREBOOKED. I went up to the door and explained to her that I already had a tour booked for 4:30pm and she told me that she’s sorry but she is in a meeting and the only one there. Throughout the leasing process, Meli has demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. I scheduled my appointment online and received prompt and effective communication via email. The sole inconvenience is that the temporary office they are using is difficult to access due to a locked door. Apart from this minor setback, the process has been progressing smoothly.

Just dont unless you want them to hold your money for months on end and never communicate. STILL NOT BUILT. Was supposed to open up in the spring. Its almost fall and Kayla told me there's no guarantee they will be open in September either. Don't waste your time. Oh! Was also told they failed their inspections and that's why they still aren't open.
