Pinnacle at Otay Ranch Apartments

This has been one of the best places we’ve lived. Like anywhere, you may encounter small issues here and there, but nothing out of hand. Anytime we needed assistance from the office or maintenance, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Inside the apartment, it’s quiet and cozy, you can’t really hear outside noise. Even with the windows open, you may hear neighbors occasionally, but again, nothing disruptive. We’ve lived here for a year and have had a great experience overall. Erica and Julia have done an amazing job from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

While I was walking in the community today, I saw maintenance man Sebastian.Sebastian said hello to me and asked if my problem had been resolved with the smoke detector issue. It was so nice to have someone remember and care so sweetly. I just love living at Pinnacle because of all the great support and help I get from the staff. Sebastian is a star!

Erica was absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience. She helped us move into our first apartment unit and later assisted us again when we transferred to another unit after some unforeseen issues. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. She truly cared about our needs, was always attentive and responsive, and even helped us save money along the way. Erica is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and it’s clear she’s the best at what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her.

Maintenance is great! Sebastian always greets us when we run into him and responds quickly whenever we submit work orders.
