I, Didi Bradford, Truly enjoy my apartment, , and I have great neighbor; we have no problems. .My apartment is great, spacious, and comfortable. Two reason, why I am moving: 1. I think God guide me here I was so desperate looking for an apartment that I can afford and live peacefully. When I get here I meet Mrs. Elizabeth Castro, she understands my needs and the necessity of my health conditions, and starts helping me right away. The process was easy and fast. I have a new apartment fast and affordable. Since I move here my experience have been very positive not only The help I received at the beginning, the support from the Manager Mrs. Esmeralda, the best. Maintenance guys are fast and reliable people who help me in all the repairs fast. I was told, by Maintenance they would come back after, the Midwest dried up.He would put solution down to get rid of the mildew. As you see from the photo it's still there. I ran into Osmond today, and I let him know it dried up, but it's still black and he said Okay

I had a great rental experience! I was greeted by a kind lady named Elizabeth. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the application process so easy. If you’re looking for a new apartment, I highly recommend you stop in and see her.

Miss Esmeralda is a good boss lady. She’s very nice. She always taking care of her tenants. Everytime I come in she is always smiling and greeting everyone and does not ignore anybody. Everytime I come in they always resolve my issues and Elizabeth and Victor are sweet as well. I’ve been over here for seven years and she is one of the best boss lady that we had so far she got a lot of things done a lot of things accomplished, and I pray that we have many more like her and she stays as our manager. Boss lady got open the pool when it was closed during a long time. She controlled the issues with the kids running around and controlled noise. Boss lady is very good, she is a keeper.
