Piney Ridge Apartments & Townhomes

In our pursuit to choose a new residence, we ultimately ended up going with another complex that's closer to my job (we're in Ellicott City, and I work in Gaithersburg). However, one of our potential prospects was Piney Ridge, and in just viewing this property, this quaint community blew us away! The people in the complex were extremely friendly! We would see folks randomly walking around the complex, and we would ask them, "How is it living here??" We just kept getting the same responses; "Lovely." "Heaven-sent." "Glorious." "Wonderful." "Peaceful." "For the price you pay, you can't beat it!" Again, we ended up chosing somewhere else to live, but Piney Ridge left an impression on us that was top-notch!! Seems like the only way to get the attention or help from this place is by writing a bad review so they actually pay attention. I moved out a week ago and still had packages being delivered to my old address, including important ones that couldn’t be redirected on time. Couple days after I moved, a package was delivered there. I was tracking it closely, and a few hours later, when I went to pick it up, it was already gone. I reached out to the office, but they very rarely answer the phone, so I had to go in person. The girls working there couldn't care less about my problem. I told them the package was delivered, I had delivery proof, and I needed help to find out where it went. They simply said they couldn’t do anything. I LOVE this place. It is easily the best living experience I have ever had. I moved in March 2024 and it is now October 2024 and every day I'm thankful for living here. I was told I'd have to wait 6 months to move in and they were right about that, in 6 months my unit was ready for me. Everyone is friendly, from my neighbors to the maintenance. workers to the leasing office. (Shout out to Brittany and Brittany) Only issue I've had was a tiny dripping leak in the utility closet which was fixed within 10 minutes of calling, and a fridge compressor that needed fixed which took 15 minutes from calling. It's that legit here. The walls are SUPER thick. I've made friends with my two neighbors and done a sound check with them. I have a loud 5.1 surround movie theatre in here and they've n

Piney Ridge has been a wonderful community for my family and I so far. The leasing process was very good and everyone has been so nice. The maintenance team is quick and very helpful. There are good amenities like the trash pick up service, playground, dog park, dumpsters, maintenance, lawn care, etc. It is very quiet and neighbors have been kind so far. We are looking forward to the rest of our time here at Piney Ridge

Beautiful place to call home! Safe and affordable. Great staff and maintenance ticket turn around is quick and efficient. Schools are great and the location is near all kinds of shopping :) Neighbors have been a blessing too and events (in the neighborhood and outside the neighborhood) are very family friendly.
