The people were very friendly....but the apartments are kind of run down...the garbage dumpster are over flowing...There were several men standing out at the road..however there are nice bus stops with a covered roof. A short way down the street was a playground

This place is amazing. Nestled between I-75 and UF campus. Its the perfect location. Less than half a mile walk to some of the best recusants and pubs in Gainesville. The community is pet friendly. They accept a wider range of breeds and sizes than most apartments. If you love to cook, you will be happy to know that these units have full size kitchens with plenty of cabinets and open countertop space. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Lawn service, pest control, tree trimming, and trash collection all happen on a regular schedule. The only exception is during holidays. When I contacted the office for non-emergency maintenance issue they fixed it within 48 hours. Everything is ground level so, there are no stairs, and no upstairs neighbors. Any bad review on here that I have read blows my mind! I'm so happy here. I've been here for about 5 years, and maintenance is great. The office is so kind. All of my friends that visit love it here. I've never had a single bug problem, which I am so happy about (it's Florida, so bugs are everywhere). I think you'd be lucky to get a spot here! Hands down, I call this home.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and the biggest positive is the maintenance guys. They’re always here early and leave late. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem, they get it fixed the same day I call. They’re great and so appreciated. We love our little apartment and the location is great. I love being on the more quiet side of town. The only thing I would change is the fact that we don’t have a dishwasher, other than that, we love it. Office staff is also really kind, polite, and flexible.

DONT LIVE HERE!!! I was a really great tenant for about 5 or 6 years. Always paid my rent on time. No one ever complained about me. I was quiet and never caused issues. Apparently because I left my trash outside two times that was reason enough to make me move out. The property manager is extremely rude and was completely unwilling to work with me. Loyalty means nothing anymore. I do not recommend this complex at all!!!!
