Pinewood Gardens Apartments

My family and I had the WORST experience living at this complex. We had our whole ceiling in our livingroom cave in and while my husband and I put in a ticket, to them it wasn’t an emergency so when they did come they had to get us out ASAP because turns out it was an emergency (while I had a newborn) & expected us to just rush out for them for a week my daughter and I stayed in our room because we were scared of the ceiling coming more down. We also had a horrible mold issue, to the point we contacted someone in a higher up position, they put band aids on the situation. We also had a non stop leak from our dining room vent. Had a horrible standing with Maintence lead. She was very unprofessional and granted shes been working there for years, she had absolutely no rights to talk to me with

I moved in with my son almost 2 yrs ago. It has honestly been great! Jade originally helped with my process,but all of the staff are extremely helpful! Anytime I've needed maintenance they have been right out,and if they couldn't fix it a contractor was out within an hour! It's always been quiet and clean. I can't speak for everyone else but I love it here.

I had a great experience working with the leasing lady (Paige Wilmer) at this apartment complex. She was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend her!
