Pinewood Apartments

I am a Sophomore attending Fort Valley State University with one dog and three cats. Pinewood is a great place to live. I currently stay in the townhouses, but upon renewing my lease, I am seeking to move into a flat at Pinewood, only because I no longer want stairs.I have come across ZERO pest issues. You will not either if you keep your home clean. Ms.Rebecca is the new property manager, a great one who takes her job seriously and is always free to answer any questions or issues that you may come across when living here. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed, as well as any noise disturbances. Yes, there may be a party in the parking lot, but it is only every blue moon, so it is rare. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. As far as crime, I personally have not experienced anything. One thing

If your a college student it'll be great, if you can afford it. Parties all the time in the parking lot at night. If your a family, I don't recommend. Getting issues addressed is a nightmare. The owner, not management, will not allow them to call contractors to do repairs and they can't keep a maintenance or a manager person because of this. Looks nice though. Get use to fighting pest and nuisance animals continuously. There's always garbage everywhere cuz broken dumpster. Forget about anyone caring, they don't. Folks will steal your stuff, break in your car or kick in your back door and rob you when your at work, all have happened MULTIPLE times in the year I have lived here to different neighbors. So if you got money and patience to burn, go for it. If not, I'd look elsewhere to call hom

they DO NOT fix anything. You have to beg maintenance to do their job. I have a 2 year old and soon to be newborn and there is mold in our apartment, landlord told us to deal with it or move to another more expensive unit instead of fixing the issues. Pests are everywhere as well. 0/10 do not recommend!!

I have Been staying in these apartments for 2years and I’m moving because they don’t fix nothing , they have roaches in the first buildings in the front and rats in the ones in the back but want to take the rent up
