Y'all have a guy on FB going by Mike Mike Mike that is really going to screw you. It's a riot, but not if I actually needed the place. He makes it sound like you should be investigated from top to bottom! Half tempted to continue to the IRS because if you employ people like that, you're not operating at full legal status. No way you're not cutting corners and screwing people with this dolt as a property manager! He should never have contact with anything living, no joke.

It's no Taj Mahal. They are efficiency apartments. Costs approximately 500+/monthly. But heat, AC, electricity, water and cable are included. Quiet and peaceful.

I have lived here for almost 15 years The previous owner owned it for 14 of that The new owner came in and is not a good owner He rents units out without repainting or cleaning carpets when they need to be I think this guy is a true slumlord doesn't want to send a dime Thinks people want to move into something that isn't even clean I would give him minus 1 star if I could I would think twice about coming here I didn't write this because I m being kicked out I am leaving because this place is going the wrong direction
