Pinetree Gardens Apartments

So I don’t review apartments until I’ve lived in them for a month. A lot can happen in the first 30 days. And I have to say. From start to finish by far the easiest and nicest experience I’ve had. Kya and Dasaray were the biggest help and have been amazing to work with. And the maintenance team is amazing. They work fast and efficiently to make sure everything is in working order. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this place sooner.

Living at Pine Tree Garden has been such a wonderful experience! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and taken care of. Special thanks to Dave, Desiree, and Vakya for always being so attentive and supportive—they truly make a difference here. On top of that, the resident engagement activities bring the community together and make living here even more enjoyable. The apartments are spacious with great storage, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. I had such a great experience touring with Vakya! She was so welcoming from the moment I arrived and really took the time to walk me through everything. She explained all the details clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. If you’re looking for a new place, I definitely recommend asking for Vakya!

The best thing about Pinetree is the caring staff! Every time I go in the office, they are always so kind, warm and welcoming. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they do try to get to it fast. But if they can’t they do communicate to let me know.

I felt relaxed through the whole process. Even after becoming a resident, she is still so kind and understanding. She really takes pride in the community and it shows.
