First let me say, I wish I can put 0 stars- if you can help it DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Run far away!! I’ve been living here since July 2020 and with the new management team I am desperately trying to find lawyers to help break my lease!! Cynthia and Juan are supposedly the management team yet they do NOTHING!! People have many concerns regarding any maintenance and it takes about 1-2 weeks just to get their attention. There’s times I couldn’t go to work due to no hot water and management didn’t fix till days later.They don’t answer phones, you have to personally walk to their office. I didn’t even get to mention the PESTSSSS!!!! I had to personally take matters into my own hands and buy certain products to reduce ROACHES!! I try not to be that one neighbor but when you can’t even be comfortable

I am a current resident of Pine Tree Apartments and have been for the last five years. I was just reading some of the reviews and thought I should give you my perspective. Most of the reviews were negative and in relation to the property management. I moved here in April 2012. It was my understanding that at that time the property was owned by the star baseball player A-Rod. About two years ago the property was sold to an investment group. The new owners are in the process of much needed major renovations. They have finished the exterior painting and are now in the process of the interior renovations. Everyone who has lived here for years has gotten an eviction notice or will get one when your lease expires. You will have to move to a different apartment or move somewhere else. They are

I had a disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. Cynthia, the property manager, was frequently unprofessional and showed favoritism towards Spanish-speaking tenants. The maintenance was lacking, with ongoing issues and a persistent roach problem that the ART pest control proved to be ineffective against. The regional manager, Victoria, was also unprofessional and difficult to trust. No proper Gym equipments, equipments are bad and unhygienic. There are cases they didn't renew the lease and ask tenants to vacate without a valid reason. Leasing office folks come later and leave early during weekdays, during middle of the day, they put on a clock sign and close the office during the business hours to go out for errands. Manager or owner, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service received at the Pine Tree condominium. I have been a resident of this location for 5 months and have unfortunately experienced a number of issues that have significantly affected my quality of life. First of all, the air conditioning in my apartment has not worked since we arrived. Despite my numerous requests and complaints, the problem remains unresolved. The lack of air conditioning has turned my house into an uninhabitable space, especially during the hot months. Additionally, I have had to put up with excessive noise coming from the apartment above, which lasts until late into the night (around 12 a.m.). When we first moved in here, I really loved it. This is a calm, quiet apartment complex with diverse and family-focused residents. The rent is reasonable and the apartments, while not the best, are decent. The maintenance team is outstanding as well. The big problem now is management. Originally, we had a property manager named Cheryl who was friendly, outgoing and just generally awesome. Going to the office to pay rent was a joy because of how nice she was.
