I absolutely love living at this apartment community! The apartments are very nice, well maintained, and truly feel like home. The environment is peaceful, clean, and welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes living here even better. The leasing office staff is amazing. They are always kind, professional, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. They genuinely care about the residents and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Communication is great, and they make sure everything is handled the right way. Maintenance is outstanding. Whenever you call or put in a request, they respond quickly and come out promptly to fix whatever needs attention. They do quality work and make sure the issue is fully resolved, which gives a lot of peace of mind. Overal

Nancy was absolutely amazing throughout my entire apartment process! She was patient, professional, and explained everything so clearly. I really appreciate how she took the time to walk me through each step and made sure I understood what was needed. Because of her help, I was approved in just one day, which made the whole experience stress-free and so much easier. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything completed quickly. I’m truly grateful for her support — she made the move-in process smooth from start to finish. It's been a whole month since I canceled my application, they told me a refund takes 3-7 business days. It's been over 3 weeks I have yet to receive my deposit refund. After they took it when I was only suppose to be paying an application fee. I keep calling them they tell me they will call me bck I never get a call bck. I emailed them never get emails back. Do not pay the deposit fee until you ready to move in they will not give you your money back. Will run around the bushes very unprofessional

The Pines of Woodforest aren’t perfect but they’re one of the better complexes in the area. There’s been several changes in management and even ownership over the past decade or so, but so far, Greystar and Ms. Lydia have been very pleasant to deal with. There have been occasional miscommunications, disagreements, or other issues, but we’ve generally always been able to settle issues amicably.

Great Apartments to start off in, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. 100/10 recommend ♡
