Pines at Wake Forest

Today I helped my boyfriend search for apartments, and meeting Jade was truly the highlight of our day. She absolutely blew my mind with her exceptional customer service—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, funny, kind, and genuinely a joy to work with. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the pricing was refreshingly reasonable compared to the other three places we visited today. We never felt pressured or “money-grabbed,” which made the experience even better. Honestly, I don’t care what the other places offered—Jade alone sold us. Every single leasing office needs a Jade! 🌟

Went here to view apartments and I'll just say, of the handful of places I visited, Pines at Wake Forest takes a back seat to none! I did a tour of an apartment with Jade and she is just an absolute prize! After completing the application process, (due to unforseen events) I wasn't able to move in, but what shocked me more than anything was they returned some of the application fees, yes they sent me a hundred dollar check! I wasn't even expecting that, but it shows me about their level of integrity, so big shout out to Pines at Wake Forest and Management!!!

I had the pleasure of touring the property with Saige Hunt. She was very informative, answered all of my questions, and followed up with additional information I had requested. I was very impressed by the size and layout of the apartments I toured, and even more so by the affordability. Very impressive!

My family and I have been here for 6 months. During this time the entire staff have been super helpful and have addressed our maintenance issues very efficiently and timely manner. Amenities are very well maintained and overall we feel very safe here. Thank you Scott for being so helpful with the maintenance service and keeping the premises clean and safe. Also Ms Dejah and Saige for such an outstanding customer service.
