Pineridge Apartments

My Aunt has been a tenant here for about 5 years. My aunt is elderly and has me come in to help clean her home twice a month. The manager Danielle Hess served my aunt with a notice to evacuate the premises on allegations of having people live with her. These allegations are false being I come in to clean her home twice a month. I seen messages between my aunt and Danielle. Danielle was making harsh comments to my aunt about having a bad memory. I took it upon myself to call management and to inform Danielle that there are no tenants living with my Aunt I simply come to clean. Danielle was very unprofessional and rude to me and hung up the phone. I wouldn't suggest these apartment complexes to anyone especially with the way Danielle Hess treats elderly people.

I was inquiring on a new apartment here, I asked the “apartment manager” to help me out with some quotes and/or availability..but she was too busy chatting with a younger gentlemen who seemed to be her son or nephew after over hearing there conversation. She was incredibly rude to me for just asking a simple request and getting info for the apartment building. You can tell the vibe of an apartment just by management and this is NOT it. Avid this place at all costs.

I tried calling the office manager to ask about available apartments and they either never answered or it would go straight to voice mail. I tried to go in person to speak with her but was very rude and tried to ignore me and walk away when i tried to ask a question. The manager kept rolling her eyes and making rude, uncalled for remarks. Your better off living somewhere else.

Ive call management and no ever answers I've sent in message of what i need done and no reply's . I go to the office and no answer but when i see maintenance guys outside i asked them if they can help me with some things in my appt and they always say there “busy” but yet there you see the chatting outside .

I have called all this week to get information about the apartments and no one ever answers. I have left voice-mails and no one gets back to me I've called in the morning, afternoon and evening and it seems like there is no one in the office. Very unsatisfied.
