Pinelake Management

The first 3 pics are from the last week of June, the other 4 are today.. the first at of pics is a sewage back up . The second is from I don't know what. The point is I live in the basement.. I'm the only tenant in the basement, they don't have an emergency maintenance crew and so you may have to wait either hours or possibly days before something like this is actually taken care of. The pictures with the debris that occurred this morning that was actually cleaned up this morning but the pictures with the sewage backup it happened over the weekend and it wasn't cleaned until either maybe Monday or Tuesday. Nonetheless I feel that this situation is unsafe and unsanitary and they are dragging their feet about relocating me to another apartment the offer was given but I am told that I have to

All they want is rent rent rent! I have an electrical problem burning smell and warm outlets throughout the home even though nothing is plugged in or large consumption of power is beening used by any single appliance/electronic ectopic. Half the house I can't have any power on the breakers pop more than 1 this has been like this since the 24th of September 2024 no response by this Management Co. The breaker box from the beginning of time has been buzzing the lights flicker outlets stop working then suddenly do. This is dangerous! You'd think they would respond to this serious issue but no still waiting.....

We rented a large cabin from Pine Lake Management for our family retreat. There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room and a bed for everyone! The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. I would definitely rent this property again. The Beavers Bend area is awesome!

They don’t fix any issues with your apartment. Just throw it on the back burner and hope you give up and stop asking. Run their buildings like slum lords. Don’t deal with this company unless you want a headache. A constant reminder of why renting SUCKS!

I was very impressed that they responded to my issues immediately My heat went out and it was fixed the next day I had electrical proble which was fixed the next day So yeah if anything goes wrong then I know I don't have to stress about so good management and a great group of people
