They lie. They lead you to believe you will be interviewed for a place, then tell you they made a mistake at the last minute. They tell you they will interviewed for one place then send you paperwork for one of their other properties. If your disabled, elderly, and homeless, like me, don't rely on them. It was a big let down for me and a collosal waste of time and money!
