Quiet apartments very nice inside...teens can do better at parking but that's everywhere

Really nice place, don't appreciate the managment making elderly on fixed income pay for maintenance. My mother lives there and I had to come up to fox it for her. It's a shame.

Stay away. Very unprofessional management. Favoritism among residents causes lots of grief and legal issues. Maintenance crews walk right in without prior warning and leave muddy footprints all over your apartment. Loud, endless construction, months long with no A/C in the handicap units. Phyllis, the office lady is rude and unprofessional, her son lives on site and runs around dealing drugs and steals from residents only to have her defend him. Take my warning and find a new place that actually operates within legal guidelines.

Its ok place to live but I really want me a house are a trailer because I can't stand some of the people there

Attending bible study there on Mondays and everyone is friendly. Looking into applying for an apartment as I am in need.
