I've lived in several places in Gainesville and I absolutely love it here! It's so quiet, the neighbors are great and Kris in the leasing office is probably the best leasing manager I've ever had both inside and outside of Georgia. The location of the complex is close enough to the busier parts of town to where I don't have to drive far to get what I need but is far enough out that I don't have to feel like I live in the middle of the city. I have every plan of renewing my lease here.

Far from luxury apartments if that’s what you’re looking for, but overall a very peaceful and quiet place to live. Maintenance is fast to respond and the two bedroom layout is very nice and cozy for the price. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a slice of living in a townhome at apartment cost.

Use to be a great place until these new owners took over. They are extremely rude. They hate fixing anything that needs to be fixed and still keep raising rent. They lace is infested with roaches and a few people I know that Stull stay there dint even have working ac. The guy in the office tries to argue with everyone. It's definitely not worth the price even though all rent is going up you can still get a much better place than what these people have to offer.

Enjoying having an updated apartment at Cielo at Lanier. Community here is very friendly and overall a great place to live
