Pinebrook Apartments

I’ve been at this complex since 2020 and have lived in several units of various sizes. If you report things to management and communicate they will help. I use property pest control and do my own spraying for my unit. Never had an issue. The complex is safe the residents are hard working and everyone stays to themselves. I would give 5 stars but 4 is an honest score. Affordable, every unit isn’t updated, every unit doesn’t have washer dryer connections, there isn’t a fitness center, the pool in the summer needs better maintenance and more amenities. There aren’t any food truck nights or many residential events. However if you’re in search of an apartment that’s safe for your family, in an area that has many neighborhood perks, and that’s along a bus line in a walkable neighborhood I recomm

I have lived here since November and have been regretting it since week two. At night, and during the day, this entire place stinks of drugs -- we have a neighbor who smokes his garbage right over our door (causing it to fill our apartment), these people constantly throw trash off of their balcony and in front of our door, they do not clean up after their three dogs, yet nothing happens. People blast music in the parking lot at all hours throughout the week. None of the maintenance workers speak English, which is both awkward and inconvenient for when you need to tell them what work you need done. The laundry room is a disgusting mess. I found drugs in a washing machine. Don't expect management to handle any issues, especially if they involve their friends breaking the rules.

I strongly advise not moving here. I was moved into a unit that was not cleaned at all prior to move-in and has a serious roach infestation. These issues were present from day one. On top of that, management did not disclose that the unit I applied for had major cosmetic and habitability issues only on the day that i moved in and i already signed the lease , silly me ! Baseboards are missing, the flooring does not properly meet the walls, and parts of the wall itself are not intact. The dishwasher had standing water in it before I even moved in, which clearly shows the unit was not inspected or prepared. Despite these conditions, management has been unwilling to allow a unit transfer or lease termination, leaving me stuck in an apartment that is not in acceptable living condition. This exp
