I renewed my lease and for the first time in my 3 years of living here they wanted a bank statement of my Bill's and I go to the bank and get one going back three months and a huge red flag went up so I let it slide then I get a phone call asking me about my life insurance policie well another huge red flag so I had to sign some papers saying that it's not the kind that you can borrow money on. Another huge red flag. They get some of the tenants bank information and they go into their bank account. Another huge red flag... So here is why this is really eating at me and bothering me so much... They should only know how much money you draw a month and I'm fine with that but them wanting access and bank print outs of our Bill's one would think that this is a violation of our rights... Love the apartment my mom has its perfect for her! My only complaint is the parking lot where the handicap ramp leads to her apartment door, the rain floods the bottom of the ramp and all the rain water freezes and bevomes Ice, makes it dangerous to walk up to the handicap ramp! Maybe staff can look into this for her and other tenants and visitors, it's pretty dangerous in the cold!

This looks like a cool affordable place for older and disabled folks to live in the city of Rainsville it's just outside the main city and it's pretty accessible to the main part of town. It is out in the country somewhat and has Woods beside it so it probably has birds and some other Wildlife that occasionally visit for the older folks to look at. I'm a fan of pine Village I deliver groceries and stuff there a lot and the people the tenants are very nice
