Pine Tree Park Apartments

Management sucks very unprofessional. Definitely didn't know what they were doing. They ended up kicking us out about 1-2 years ago I want to say because our neighbors were constantly lying about things to get us out 0% percent evidence they had nothing but there words and when we told them our side seems as it didn't matter. Any regular apartments would go off PROOF not them. They ended up believing them and kicking us out. Never forgot this experience with them and actually think it’s a race thing. Just wanted to share my experience so others won’t rent.

Drove 45 min from out of town for a scheduled appointment and received an automated email saying the team would follow up with us and never did but to also call 5 minutes prior to showing. Called 6 times to the various numbers posted around the property and was left for over half n hour with no response from anyone at the offices during their staffed hours. If you want that feeling of being stood up this is the place for you

Management was awful during my stay at Pinetree, took over 3 months to get a key for my mailbox, my dog was attacked 3 times by the downstairs neighbor who always let their dogs outside off leash, they had a pipe burst causing a muddy mess in the parking lot. I ended up slipping in the mud causing major damage to my tendons in my foot. I now have over $1200 in doctor bills made several requests for 11residential to pay for doctor bills. As of today no response and I still need to have surgery.

My family and I have been looking for a safe environment to live. This place definitely meets our expectations. The staff was very welcoming.

I was a bit worried about staffing, based on the other reviews. Boy was I wrong! The staff here is amazing and helpful! Definitely on my top list of places I wouldn’t mind living at.
