I have been a resident for almost 4 years. Love it here since Lisa has been the manager. She has made good changes in a positive way for the community. I just renewed another year with her. Keep up the good work Lisa.

This place has really shown concern for their residents! From the community events to the great maintenance and management team, Lisa has been an amazing asset and help to our neighborhood here. Had a few issues when it came to our older unit, but Lisa helped remedy any and all situations that came up and even assisted with a brand new AC unit for our home. Super excited to see the continous changes and upgrades they make here!

New resident here, rented under the new management. I could not help but fall in love with lay out of the entire property and unique floor plans. The property itself does show off it's potential and the age shows it's character. And with it's village like setting, it does give it that extra charm. Lias the property manager was very professional from the time i submitted the application to move in. She showed a genuine care and passion to restore the property back to its original shine. And maintenance after two month of living here has proven to be a caring team. for those who can appreciate the charm and character of what only age can bring. I highly recommend taking the time to visit with Lisa.

I moved in about 4 months algo . Nothing but the Best customer service . My work order always gets completed in 24 hours. Manager Lisa is very helpful and always ready to address issues to get taken care . Property is highly recomendó. Maintenance staff Marvin goes behond to correct problem. I AM a happy tentant....

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all management is absolutely amazing and so is maintenance but the homes are so outdated old and roach infested we’re not talking about the little ones either all you see is nothing but the big nasty roaches not one but mannnny! Water comes out dirty brown then goes back clear, hot water doesn’t last at all, Rent goes up after lease by a lot no one wants to pay 1100-1200 for this 2-1 that’s old and outdated with many problems. Wouldn’t recommend it’s not worth anything they should have kept the rent at 950 now there over reaching, beware rent sky rockets a lot after lease renewals and for these small places I just wouldn’t recommend to anyone it’s just simply not worth it you can live somewhere luxury like for the price you pay here.
