Pine Shadows Apartments

The whole vibe was very off. There were a lot of things to be fixed around the apartments and inside. They were infested with roaches and other bugs. There would be a lot of drunk people around, so it wasn't safe for the kids to be out. There were lots of problems with neighbors, and someone was always yelling, cars have gotten stolen, and the gate was left open for a while because they couldn't fix it or didn't want to at the time. There were rats in the walls and some dead outside around the parking lot. The front door gates were always broken, so anyone could come in. The pool was always dirty they never drained it, and they only put products in which didn't help. When the pool was open, lice infested most of the people that went in the pool happened almost every year that the pool was

No recomiendo este lugar es un asco liquea por todos lados ya van dos veces que se cae el techo y llevo más de 3 meses y nunca lo arreglan aparte el parque es horrible tiene muchos ollos no veo que tengan intenciones de arreglarlo antes de agarrar apartamento verifica bien todo la señora de la oficina nunca presta atención como no es ella la que sufre yo tengo varios baños por todos lados porque liquea ya sólo vence el contrato y me boy esto es un asco

Se que no es una propiedad primera clase, y si habian muchos borrachos y aun uno que otro por hay. Creo hago lo mejor para evitar eso, pero la misma gente lleba personas o sea visitas que no respetan personas con falta de etica. Sin ofender hasta los mismos residentes hacen de la propiedad un lugar no agradable. Es muy tranquilo, es un anbiente familiar. Pero creo que en toda comunidad es necesario que todos seamos colaboradores y respetuosos con todos los demas. Si tenemos gente que es muy sucia descuidada, oero asi mismo se les llama la atencion, tratamos de ser, amables generosos pasientes y tambien conprensivos. La propiedad es espaciosa, entregamos los aptos limpios y desinfectados, esa es nuetra mejor satisfaccion que tenga un hogar limpio lo demas es la responsabilidad del residente
