Pine Rock Apartments

New apartments income based. Love the new manager Lenaya.

Living here since the apartments had finished building, and all I can say is that our community is toxic. The "loveliness" had declined. New manager is the worst. She used to not even show up. Dog poop everywhere, especially during winter. People loiter around. It's a mess. Honestly, I've been threatened by my neighbor and been targeted by both the manager and neighbors. I miss the old manager. Kids play in the streets and the playground is near the parking lot. Dogs run around off leash and I've been attacked by other dogs on multiple occasions. So has my dog.

Lived here going on three years. Nothing that has ever broken in this place has been fixed. The new manager has already made promises she can't keep and when they aren't kept nothing is said ....I've been waiting since year one to have things fixed and now the new manager tells me that they will have to charge me for for things not ruined by general ware and tear ....... Tennant's falsely accuse cigarette butts everywhere dog poop everywhere no real play area for kids....it's right in front where if your kid runs out they chance being hit by a car because the play ground is the parking lot basically ....this is far from upscale living

This place is absolutely NASTY, from the outside to the inside. They don’t caulk the baseboards so water and nasty stuff from past tenants gets underneath and rots and STINKS! …Maintenance is pointless doesn’t cleaning up anything, or come to help you ever. They get paid to drive around and listen to music loud…. There is trash everywhere outside here, weeds everywhere, this place just looks and SMELLS like TRASH!!!

This place is an absolute joke. if you go there to visit somebody and you have expired tabs that you just haven’t put on yet they will take it upon themselves to put a 6 x 6“ sticker in your line of sight on your vehicle! and that’s after you park there for less than an hour, they don’t do any of their due diligence and when you try to contact somebody to ask them for information you get hung up on by the rude maintenance people who just pass it off is not their problem!! This situation is extremely unprofessional and way outside of the realm of normal behavior!!
