Pine Ridge II Apartments

When my door wouldn't shut I complained twice about it. No one came to fix it. So my neighbor yelled at me one day for slamming the door; telling me that he's going to call the office to complain. I told him to go ahead and call maybe they'll come fix it. Next thing I know they sent maintenance over to fix it. The office staff is very rude. I had some noisey neighbors and the office staff was more worried about the placement of their grill. When I moved out we did everything expected and after fighting with management still did not get my security deposit back.

Apartments are basic and do not have central air or ceiling lighting in bedrooms. However, it is affordable for the area, management is kind and responsive, and maintenance is timely. The complex is quiet and grounds are kept clean.

Honestly has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in an apartment. My hallway smells like smoke because of my downstairs neighbor, the office doesnt care. There was a mistake where my bank took rent out of the wrong account, and I asked the lease office to rerun my check because of the error. They didnt. Instead they waited 3 weeks and now they're charging me $76 for a late payment and a bounced check. Then they tell me theres "no rush" on payment, only to call me 2 days later and ask for payment that day. What the hell.

Moved out last year and I’m really wanting to move back! When living here there were maintenance issues, and unfortunately I lived near some noisy/rude neighbors, but this place is way better than my current. Cute apartment for a cheap monthly price in a quiet neighborhood. Great for a first apartment or for someone looking to save!

Staff is extremely attentive. Grounds are well maintained. Office staff is pleasant and compassionate. Lived here going on 7 years. Gets my stamp of approval.
