Pine Ridge Apartments

My wife and I have lived here with our daughter for 3 years. During this time, we never had any issues with either the property or the management. They have always been very responsive to maintenance requests. The leasing office has been very helpful with resolving issue on multiple occasions. When I had to break the lease due to recollection for work, they have been very easy to work with and offered the best option to do so to avoid overpaying. I highly recommend this property to any future renters. P.S. their assistant property manager Brenda is the best! Very kind and helpful person! It was a pleasure dealing with her!

DO NOT MOVE HERE ‼️ Unfortunately, my experience with Pine Ridge has been very disappointing, especially after the recent severe storm. The storm caused damage to my window and roofing, which I reported to the front desk immediately. However, the only two options they offered me did not fit my needs at all, and there was no flexibility or willingness to work with my situation. Since then, I’ve received no updates from the office about when repairs will be made. It’s extremely frustrating and stressful to be left in a damaged unit without any clear communication or timeline for resolution. I understand that the storm may have impacted many units, but basic communication and concern for residents’ safety and comfort should be a priority. At this point, I feel ignored and unsupported by man

If you are considering moving here for the location and price, please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. 1) They will raise the rent cost around $100 a month or more each year that you live here. What may start out as affordable, won't be after long. 2) If there is a mix-up with leasing documents, other concerns, the office is not usually proactive in reaching out to address those issues. The leasing term wasn't updated correctly one time for me and instead of letting me know that there would be additional charges in next months rent, I was blindsided by it. 3) Cars get broken into, things are stolen frequently. I moved into this apartment October 21, 2024, and since then I have seen an infestation of roaches the apartment is so filled with roaches. It’s ridiculous if I had known that this apartment was infested with roaches I would have never moved here. Please save your money because moving here you will be forced to live With critters that is getting into your food and it’s not right and it’s not fair. Management knew that there was a pesticide problem and this apartment and they try to cover it up. Allow me to move in here and now I’m dealing with roaches all over the place.

Here is my honest and detailed review of this apartment complex: 1) You get what you pay for. Rent is pretty inexpensive, but most of the appliances are VERY outdated. To get updated appliances, you have to add $100 to your rent price for "premium upgrade." My unit did not come with a microwave. 2) I have never felt "unsafe" in this neighborhood, but break-ins do occur. Keep your cars locked and keep valuables out of your car. 3) Cindy was the one who initially gave the tour of my unit when I first moved in; she was very nice and helpful.I haven't really interacted with anyone else in management in-person. When I first moved in, the key to my door did not work, but that was fixed rather quickly, so I can't complain. 4)Maintenance is helpful and responsive. 5) People are loud sometimes and
