Pine Ridge Apartments

I have had a really positive experience at Pineridge Apartments in Arlington. The new management team has been excellent, communication is clear, they are professional, and they actually follow through. My unit was fully remodeled, and it feels clean, modern, and fresh from top to bottom. You can tell they put real effort into the upgrades, and it has made the place feel like a completely updated home. They also added additional parking lot lighting. It honestly was not even necessary, but it is a really nice improvement and makes the property look brighter and more welcoming at night. The biggest standout is maintenance. I have been a resident of pine ridge for the past three years. I have had nothing but positive encounters with leasing agent Nancy and Audrey. They have really went the extra mile to make living extremely comfortable and I do plan to stay as long as possible due to the courtesy of there two ladies.

Working with this apartment complex has absolutely been 5 stars!! The unit is great, the management of AJ and Jessica are great to work with and respond promptly with every need!. Highly recommend!

I lived here for 10 years before moving out this year. During that time I lived in 2 different units. The first unit was a 1 bedroom. To summarize my experience during that time: roach infestation, mice, and a neighbor shooting someone feet from my front door. I then move into a bigger unit 6 years later. My experience there: roaches, mice (there were also mouse traps painted over in the water heater closet upon move in), and bedbugs. Not to mention maintenance has always been terrible, especially with the older Hispanic man. He always did poor work or lied to management about getting it done. Another huge con is getting mail, packages or deliveries. The mail lady is the worst I've dealt with packages being misdelivered consistently. As far as getting packages via Amazon, UPS, or FedEx. The office staff at pineridge are courteous,friendly and continuously trying to improve and upgrade to accomidate the needs of their tenants..they are very prompt to address any maintence issue that may arise.they have a very friendly professional and timely maintence and groundskeep staff/team ..
