I recently sold my property through pine point and was very unimpressed with the service I got. The 6 months the property was on the market the description was wrong. They didn’t include any updated we had done in the past 5 years because they copy and pasted from the original listing. They were two bedrooms short and one whole bathroom short. Not to mention being 750 square feet short on finished space. Secondly there were multiple owners and communication was terrible. Never were all parties contacted and walked through the process by the agent. Thirdly every time there was any bargaining between buyers and the sellers the agent always felt like she was fighting for the buyers. Lastly in 6 months they never showed the house once.
