Pine Meadows Apartments

The whole staff is so nice and helpful. I had 3 days left to find my sick grandmother a house and they were able to help me get my grandma into a place within the next 24 hours! So thankful. Breezy and Phelicia the community manager were so great!

The only reason they’re getting one star is because this is the only way to leave a review. By far the rudest apartment complex I have ever dealt with. Would not let me speak and got hung up on. After being told that I could possibly get approved based on the information I had given them over the phone. My $85 application fee should be refunded. The same day I went in they were receiving multiple complaints from current tenants. Goes to tell me it was best for me to not move despite having low rent. You all are a mess.

Pool has been closed since Labor Day weekend. Non residents walking thru broken fence holes. Laundry and weight room only open during office hours. And there's only one grill. Dumpsters always over full. Some residents that I've met are very nice. For the most part this place has great potential. Looking forward to the experience here.

I absolutely love being at Pine Meadows. I relocated from New York 4 years ago. This is the second place a saw and without a doubt knew this was the place for me!!! The location has everything you need within a 15 minute radius. Staff is very helpful and accommodating!!! If I don’t have to ever move again, I will not!!! Thank you Joe, Catherine, and NuKia for all that you do!!!

Don't trust the fake reviews. Im so glad I moved out. Kathryn is insane. She leaves early and never handles situations, unless her screaming at residents is handling something. She will make everything your fault, and refuse to fix anything. My apartment was damaged from a neighbors negligence. I needed immediate help. Kathryn did NOTHING, besides yell. Do NOT move here. There are plenty other income restricted apartments, not here!! If you have any issues, you will suffer.
