Pine Lakes Preserve Apartments

I have been a tenant since 2019…there has been 3 different property management companies since then. The 1st being the one that drew me in with their professionalism and over the top Welcome gifts, property upkeep and amenities. The 2nd was the worst, HOWEVER, this one is starting well. They came in professional with lots of changes but I believe for the better. At least they are professional enough to give ample notice and reasoning. I pray the changes make our community the one I remember when I first came. They are also very professional and timely with work orders and email follow up.

The best thing that could have happened was not only coming across the beautiful Pine Lakes property but having the experience of dealing with Leasing Consultant Michelle Baggett. Beyond her welcoming professionalism, she graciously went the extra mile to make the process of selecting, applying and closing the deal as seamless as possible. A great asset to the Pine Lakes Preserve Apartments team and a complement to the physical environment as well. Beautiful grounds. A safe, clean environment. Very nice apartments and amenities. Very happy.

Ron came right over same day after I posted my service request. I had a plumbing problem, and he fixed it in like five minutes. I then told him about my dishwasher that had a problem, and he checked that out right then. There wasn’t a problem. It was just a one-time thing. My electric sockets were also not working, and he fixed it for me. His service was impeccable, and I appreciate the extra time he took to checkout other problems I had. He was very courteous and helpful. Thank you for your top-notch service.

Recently moved into my apartment at Pine Preserve and the commmunity feels safe and clean. I worked with Michelle and what a blessing as she made this transition so much smoother answering all my questions via email and setting everything up for our move. I also have to thank Don at the office as during the move I left my eyeglasses and he helped with downloading the apps needed to get me to use the amenities. Loving our new Home!!

New management company has rolled out "Reserved Parking", which is basically you have to pay $30 a month to park in front of your apartment building or park further away for free. I may not live here but people I know that do, and they can not afford any extra charges just to park! the handicap spots are not close to the building entrance and now the closest spots are $30 a month! While I understand I think it's unfair.
