Pine Lake Apartments

We enjoyed our time at Pine Lake Apartments. The apartment was simple but was well kept and maintenance fixed any issues promptly. Arwen the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood has lots of stores and restaurants nearby but the apartments were tucked away and quiet. Neighbors were very respectful and quiet. Would rent again in the future if we return to the area.

I had a great experience living in these apartments. They are affordable, clean, and cozy. Special thanks to the landlord, Arwi, for being so accommodating. If it weren't for our move to a new school, we would have happily continued living here.

Beautifully renovated units with a staff that is actually responsive and cares about their tenants and a well-functioning complex. Conveniently located within walking distance of a Dunkin’, a Taco Bell, and a Save-A-Lot.

The property is taken care of very well. Units are nice and price is good for Tampa. Would recommend.
