Pine Grove Manufactured Homes

My mobile home is 3yrs old (built in June of 2021) and just over 2yrs of being here (October of 2023) I noticed a crack in the ceiling starting. It got really noticeable or ‘wide’ over the winter and less so through the summer. There’s 2 and they go the width of the house. There’s nothing to explain the cause. The house is on a concrete slab and I’m told that, because of that, it shouldn’t be due to settling. I talked to the factory and they can’t/won’t do anything because the factory warranty is only for one year. And the structural warranty is for 10 years. But I can’t prove that it’s caused by a structural issue so they won’t send someone out to look at it. For the cost of these houses, I would expect a higher level of quality. Other than that, everything else about the house is great.

I waited until I was in the home for 6 months before writing this review. When visiting the model home, of course everything was beautiful! So incredibly disappointing on the walk through and going forward. The interior work was unbelievably sloppy and, quite frankly, just unfinished. The nail holes were never filled on any of the molding, which was not mitered properly. I have double hung windows where one window is clearly higher than the other. The "paint job" was a complete disaster!! It looks like they just, literally, threw the paint on the walls and ceilings. There were large drips of paint everywhere.....including on the moldings and windows. Seriously?? The cabinets were scraped and chipped everywhere, and most don't even close properly.
