Pine Grove Homes

We had a complete home build done by Pinegrove and they made it as easy as possible. Matt and Blair were very friendly, professional and always stayed in touch during process. We have been in our house about 6 months and have had very minor issues which were addressed very quickly even on a Sunday. We would recommend Pinegrove to anyone looking to have a new build done.

In regard to the Fairmont there are gaps between drywall and ceiling, they shingled over the roof pipe flashing, causing shingles to buckle and resulting in leaking which damaged my ceiling. There are no covers on the furnace exhaust pipes, the outside doors don’t open or close properly and the windows are not sealed properly, so wind blows through and bugs fly in. The crawlspace is not vented. The bathroom showers were not caulked. The walls and ceilings were unpainted

You can not find a worse modular company to work with then Pine Grove Homes. They make fake claims on move in dates. Usually takes 8 to 10 months for them to sorta finish a home. They blame everyone else and take no responsibility. We had three project managers during the span of our home. All of them know the minimum building codes. We had a lot of finish issues, multiple water leaks, mold caused by the builders, and submitted 100's of photos of issues which took over a year for them to fix. You are better off saving the money for a lawyer or paying someone to stick build a home for you as it takes the same amount of time if not less. Also if you look at all the 5 star reviews they are all facebook friends with the owner. Do not fall for this trap as they will take advantage of you.

A nice and friendly environment. Great to go to for buying a home. I enjoyed my time checking out the houses and talking to the staff. Informative and welcoming. Great people and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

They are willing to work with their customers to find options within their budget. They are a family-owned business with many years of experience in the industry. Highly recommend!
