Pine Arbor Apartments

I have lived in this community for a few years now and truly have nothing bad to say. The property has continued to improve overtime and is always well maintained. It is peaceful, beautiful, and a place I am proud to call home. Whenever my family comes to visit, they always comment on how quiet and nice the community is. Management does a great job ensuring the property is taken care of and that everyone respects community policies so all residents can enjoy a peaceful living environment. When I experienced an issue with loud neighbors, it was handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, peaceful and welcoming place to live.

Maria keeps our apartments safe a very good looking. It’s a very nice experience living here. So far I really like living here and will renew my lease mostly because I know Maria takes care of everything.

Pine Arbor to me is HOME. I’ve been living here for about a year and some months, love my unit. It’s your job to make it your home and it’s our job to maintain it clean and safe for us and the children to play around the property! Our new manger A.K.A the best manager has improved the apartment complex so much this year. Hopefully we can all stick together and make the property feel like home. Maintenance guy- is working hard to make sure that our units are up and running! Get the job done and he’s funny too! It’s funny because I actually recommended my boyfriend and his sister to join the pine arbor community and so far they both love the quietness, their patios, and talking to our leasing manager whenever we see her outside walking around the property.

The apartments themselves are okay—nothing amazing, but generally livable. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is management. The manager is rude, unprofessional, and consistently dishonest. Communication is poor, concerns are ignored or handled disrespectfully, and there have been multiple instances of harassment toward tenants. It creates an uncomfortable and stressful living environment that completely overshadows the actual quality of the apartments. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless management seriously changes. I lived there since the previous manager was there and the complex was managed so much better .

Unfortunately, the biggest issue here is management. The manager’s attitude and communication style make living here much more stressful than it needs to be. Interactions often feel unprofessional and dismissive, and concerns aren’t always handled respectfully. At times, the communication has felt overly aggressive and, in my experience, has crossed the line into what feels like harassment toward tenants. Instead of feeling supported as a resident, it can feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells. A good management team makes a huge difference in any community, and sadly that’s where this property falls short. If management improved their communication, professionalism, and the way they treat residents, this would actually be a solid place to live. Until then, just be aware that yo
