Went to Sarasota on vacation for the winter and was not expecting to purchase a condo. The realtor told us we had a week to get a home inspection after closing so I turned to Pillar and Post. They made a tight deadline to our relief. One of the actual owners did the inspection and Jessica who runs back office was on point. I can’t recommend them enough to buyers as they find every nook and cranny before you purchase. Price was reasonable and in line with what other companies charge.
