Would like to point out and recognize when people do their job right and in good manner , Cesar Mendoza inspector and Gabriela made sure we booked and set up our appointment on time. They both did an amazing job really happy with customer service and honest people , when inspecting my future home went above and beyond to inspect and make sure all details were caught and explained well on report that I later received with well explained pictures and details of the report made it easy for us to understand. I’ve had leaks. Issues with garbage disposal, dishwasher, 3 burners not working on stove. Rusty water valve that needs to be changed, breakers keep getting tripped because it’s overloaded due to illegal connections to garbage disposal and dishwasher.. Bathroom faucet came off it had been leaking for awhile and got rusty and fell off causing leakage in the ceiling fan. Connection to washer and dryer had to be replaced due to rust. I would never recommend you to anyone. I’ve never had issues with my homes and you can’t tell me you didn’t know about all of this? Very disappointed with your inspection.
