Pillar at Fountain Hills

I’ve been at Pillars of Fountain Hills for two years now, and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible especially because of Mickey Hirte. Mickey is hands down one of the best people to work with in the office. She is professional, responsive, kind, and truly cares. Every interaction feels intentional and handled with excellence. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and genuinely wants the best for everyone here. It makes a huge difference when someone in the office leads with integrity and heart and that’s exactly who Mickey is. I have recommended Pillars of Fountain Hills before and will absolutely continue to do so. If you’re considering it, know that you’ll be in great hands.

Just moved here in January and couldn’t be happier! Quiet, peaceful, and perfect. Mickey and Jeff are so kind and helpful and went out of their way (LITERALLY) to make our move in process easy and smooth. Thanks guys!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Hi Katie, I don't know if you remember meeting us at the leasing office at Pillar, Ave of Fountain Hills, but we acquired a serious situation on our move in date of Jan 8th. On Jan 7th we signed our lease and were given the keys to our unit. Per Mickey's approval, we unloaded many plants that we transported from Florida. On that day we unloaded the plants in the backyard, inside, and 4 on the front patio, which consisted of 3 gorgeous desert rose potted plants and a pineapple plant. When we arrived on the morning of the 8th at 7:30am to meet our moving company delivery, we found our 3 potted desert rose plants gone. We just moved to Pillar at Fountain Hills a month ago and have been really happy so far! The location is awesome and very walkable (can walk to the Fountain Park and down Ave of the Fountains), the community is quiet and the layout of our unit is perfect. The maintenance and leasing staff are also great! Mickey does a great job of welcoming everyone to the community and is always very helpful and responsive whenever we have any questions!

I’ve had a great experience living here. Jeff, Mickey, and Eric have been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. They truly make this community a great place to live.
