Extremely Unprofessional Experience – Rent at Your Own Risk My experience with this establishment has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. The staff’s behavior was consistently rude and dismissive, and communication was practically nonexistent. After submitting my application and paying the associated fees, I contacted the office daily for over a week with no returned calls. Eventually, I was informed that due to their system issues, the apartment I applied for had been given to someone else. To make matters worse, the property manager hung up on me during a conversation, and I was later followed on the premises—an extremely inappropriate and concerning action. I give it 5 stars! I loved everything from the moment I arrived. The staff in the office were very friendly, and I'm very grateful to Dylan, who was very patient with us and guided us through the whole process. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and the location is peaceful.

To be honest I didn’t want to leave a negative Review but at this point I have to. I’ve been dealing with the same issue since I moved in this past summer (July) . It’s roach infestation from the vacant unit next door. I’ve notified management and been to the office multiple times about the issue. The exterminator came 3 weeks ago. And went cold turkey. I have gaps/spaces in the walls and base boards and that’s where the bugs come from. I’ve asked for these places to be sealed. And management said they would. Still nothing. Has happened. They try to down play it and make it seem like the issue isn’t as big as it is. Also I’ve noticed how they choose to handle things on their own terms and on their own time. We have been living here about a year and a half. The apartment is beautiful and the neighbors are great. The office always keep you in the loop as to what's going on through emails. Sometimes we have maintenance issues with the apartment due to wear and tear which is understandable. One morning at around 4am we even had a leak/flood from the upstairs apartment which was inconvenient for 4 days. They had to cut open the wall and replace pipes from upstairs and dry up all the water on the floors. They cleaned up all of the flooding on the floors. When they were done it looked like brand new. I posted before and after pictures so you can see the difference it looks great. However, Otis and Jerry are the maintenance workers and they do phenomenal work.
