Piedmont Residential is a phenomenal builder to work with. The sales process was smooth, we were well looked after, listened too and the overall final product was of a high standard. They take the time to ensure that any defects, cosmetic damage etc is taken care of and offer a decent warranty on the home as well. Josh, the builder, was fantastic to work with. Addressed all questions or concerns with professionalism and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final product. They were on time with the 3-4 month build time and kept us updated throughout, though we were always welcomed to drop-by and visit the site during construction too. Aftercare has been superb. So far I have to say I have had a great experience with Piedmont. From the day we walked in the door to look at houses with Lateshia to the inspection with Noe to the first year warranty minor issues and concerns. We moved over to Dallas from Woodstock back in April and were between Piedmont and Meritage, and I have to say Piedmont won for several reason, but Everytime I interact with them or request support about something, it makes me much happier I chose them over any other builder. I could nit pick a few things, but overall I’m very pleased with our decision, the offer the put together for us, the house we live in, the neighborhood, and the support they’ve provided.
