Pickett Square Townhomes

Townhomes are great as well as the community. Quiet and ver friendly. However, while living here for the past 3 years the leasing office staff is terrible. It’s takes forever for maintenance to fix anything. I had to wait almost four months to get a dishwasher and my front door repaired. When you contact them it is as if they have this nonchalant attitude. Very much I’m here to do my job and that’s it. Not really “people” people. That would be my only reason recommending not leasing here.

I have been living here 4 years, the townhouses are great. However, dealing with the leasing office is a massive headache and that is the only reason I would highly recommend not living here. I have been 2 months without being able to renew my lease (despite providing all the documents before the lease expired) and I have contacted the office over 20 times without having them solve this problem. During my visits to the leasing office I have also overheard issues from other people who wanted to start leasing but have not been able to get the paperwork from them. Unless you want to deal with having to contact them several times a week, and getting ghosted and gaslighted, I would look for a different alternative.

The new manager is phenomenal! She really helped and supported me through the difficulties I was having with a neighbor. My health and safety was put at risk, and they really helped me resolve my issue.

Great townhomes and some of the newest ones by Ticon properties. Kitchen was very spacious. Rooms were a decent size. Parking for guests within the small neighborhood that would put them at no more than a minute walk at the most to get to your unit. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Courtney, Samantha, and Amanda in the leasing office were always patient, empathetic, and responsive! The only drawbacks are that you must go to the sister property, Glenbrook West, to use the pool and the gym.

The location of the complex was very convenient to shopping. The townhomes were built in 2015 so they were in good condition. Complex was generally quiet and most people living there were working professionals or retired. Overall a good place to rent.
