Piccadilly Flats

I lived here for a few years, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a great location, very quiet and cozy, which made it feel like home. Cynthia and Michelle were fantastic—their communication was always clear, timely, and helpful, making everything from maintenance requests to general questions stress-free. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with excellent management and a peaceful environment, I highly recommend this apartment!

Having lived here for three years, I can't emphasize how amazing this property is! The apartments are well appointed, the location is ideal, and the management is superb. The transition from McKinley to Hugh was smooth and both, Mark and Michelle, are always on top of every request you put in. If i were to rent again with them, I'd do it in a heartbeat!!

My husband and I lived here for a year and we loved it. Beautiful high ceilings, wood floors, and awesome natural light. The only reason we left was because of out of state relocation. Management is super friendly and you do almost everything online. Some of the best memories we had in Florida were in this apartment. I miss this place so much!

My review is mostly based on my interaction with the new property management team, McKinley Properties. I signed my lease for my unit from a previous property management team, Redbridge Realty, and they were incredibly awesome. However, once McKinley took over everything went straight down the toilet. In my opinion, all they care about is bringing in new tenants and once you're a resident they won't take care of you at all. Luckily, I have moved out because of a new job opportunity however I can't get anyone from McKinley to give me back my deposit check and we're going on 60 days now. I'm at a point where I'm going to look into consulting with a real estate attorney in order to elevate this. As far as the property, great location but there is a slight ant problem.
