If could give it a negative star rating i would. We bought our house in 2022 and on the 4th of July we had black mold growing in our kitchen. We called our home owners insurance and filed a claim. We had EcoDry come out which teared our kitchen apart by removing our cabinets, removed our sink and drywall to see where the link was coming from. When they tore the drywall out we saw a huge cut in our drainage pipe. We would have not been aware of this and who knows how long this has been leaking. I had to pay $1,500 out of pocket for the plumbers to fix it. Insurance Company paid EcoDry $9,000 to remove the mold. My floor is pulling up and it is just vinyl flooring and the insurance company they will just fix what they tore up when they demoed my kitchen which will cause issues with the rest
nice newer homes.. Royal B Excavating & Grading does a GREAT when streets are cleaned!
