If anyone is looking for the best realtor around..Look no further b/c Phyllis Kimrey is the best of the best!! Several years ago, we met Phyllis at the local General Dollar and we knew if we ever listed our house we were going to get Phyllis. Just after our brief encounter with her we knew she was special. She made selling our house seamless. Not to mention she sold our house in a week, with several offers. Phyllis is hard working, honest, and always available for her clients. My family and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Phyllis cares about your needs and wants. Why would you hire any professional that doesn't put you first ? Phyllis puts you first. She is very patient, she really knows how to work with what you have to stage. We spent very little staging but got very good results. She will tell where you do need to freshen up and where whats existing is fine. This saves you money and the buyer may change it anyway. We used Phyllis twice, she was our buyers agent in 2002 and in 2021 as the sellers agent. I would gladly recommend her whether your buying or selling.
