Phoenix Place Apartments

The Manager, Ms. Linda , was very kind. She took time during her busy schedule to answer all of my questions.

They are remodeling right now. But they have no order. No help. And no consideration for their Tennant's. It's really disgraceful how they offer no help to move their stuff, but they have to move their stuff OUT of the apartment, rain, or shine. No where to put it. The workers don't work room to room like normal contractors. These are mostly single moms with no support. Very dehumanizing. I'm very disappointed in the managers.

I've lived in low-income housing including subleted apartments even section 8, but it has been a very long time since I have seen anything as run down as this place! I will drive a block out of my way so is to not even drive past that place it is so filthy

Nothing but crime and drive bys happening here. The tenants shouldn't have to worry about their homes getting shot up. And then all the hoops you go through to try to get into an apartment.

It's a vibe never a dull moment
