I know, you are tempted to move here because of the price, its real cheap rite? Im gonna assume you cant afford a lawyer ither so let me save you the time. When you move in theyll have you do your own walk through and mark things out of place, pay attention to details the blinds are the corners broken make them replace them if you dont theyll charge you when you move, the painted over bugs the cabinets with only 1 screw in the hinges, check the counter tops are they sealed? Or can you scratch them with your nails, check the floors are they even? Or are they all bumpy under the tile? Heads up that tile will lift with time and they will charge you for it, make a copy theyll loose that paper to their benefit. The place has roaches, if you say anything they'll smile at you but nothing will hap

We were looking for 2 bedroom apartment.. we met candess, she is very welcoming person. She showed us around.. the rooms are good and spacious. The price is good too. Thanks to Candess we got to see it before the maintenance was complete! She is super nice we loved her❤️

Alma and Candess do an amazing job keeping the complex well-maintained and making residents feel valued. They’re responsive, professional, and truly care about the community. It’s great to have management that goes above and beyond!

We are long time renters from Tucson AZ. Moving here was hard enough. But our experience with Candess and Alma is why we choose to live here. They both have made us feel at home. And when our water heater went out. Kyle was there within 24 hours with a new water heater. Which he installed and tested. Works great by the way. He also fixed our refrigerator so the doors swung the other way. Which has made a big difference for my handicapped roommate. So I say thank you. Alma, glad your back. Candness, we will miss you. And Kyle, and great big thank you.

Candess is so nice and welcoming. Although I wish she would have been here sooner, she made our move out process so smooth! Her communication is excellent.
