Phillips Grove by Pulte Homes - Sold Out

Terrible homes. Had to spend thousands on drains right after moving in due to poor grading. Pulte controls the HOA and ensures home owners are treated poorly and don’t get what they pay for. For example, you pay for weekly lawn service that comes sometimes. If you ask the HOA to step in, they give a non-answer. Pulte doesn’t care about their homes or buyers and the evidence is clear by their actions. Ask any homeowner in Phillips Grove how they’re running their HOA (that they have full control over). Buyer beware. Edit: The Pulte-run HOA gives out violations to homeowners if they post a bad reviews. As soon as I posted this, the HOA started sending violations because bark from the landscaping got on the sidewalk, meanwhile they are spilling dirt onto the main streets.

We are very happy with the new home construction , manager and sales team, all of then did a great job ! Ian was a great builder , communicative and efficient, Dale as my sales guy was amazing also, always by my side and help w all questions ! Congrats Pulte Team, Our Family is very satisfied !

We love our new home. the home buying experience with Pulte and the quality of the home is awesome! From the initial interaction Dale and Maria to the closing walk thru the process has been excellent.

Very rude sales person in the model. Came by on May 10th while on vacation from Atlanta. The sales woman never got off the phone while I toured both models. I finished and she was still on the phone when I left. She never offered me a brochure or anything. Another couple came in and she was still on the phone with them . She waved and I left….. Pulte Homes lost my business!!
