First off, the good. Mike, the maintenance guy is great and always responsive. Does what he can to help keep the apartments in good order. Now, with that being said, Mike seems to be the only one we were able to get a hold of whenever something needed done. Larysa (the manager) is probably about as useless as they come. Never answers her phone, is never on site, and has an overall not caring attitude. She would rather drive around doing nothing instead of spending more time at the complex handling the needs of the place. We have lived here for coming up on 3 years and have always paid our rent and picked up after our dogs (more than what most residents can say) seeing as to how much dog waste is all over the place, and we're informed they are refusing to renew our lease and didn't give a

First off I would like to point out the positives before jumping into why I gave one star. There weren’t very many problems with the three bed room, two bathroom I stayed at for well over 2 years. The water did stop in the bathrooms that was questionable, and the oven glass out of the blue fell off, but like I said this isn’t the worst everthing else about it was perfectly fine really beautiful apartment. When we came to 2+ years of living here, paying every single bill we had received, pheasant run got a new system, where we had to pay online and what not. This became a block in the road. we were money ready, we went to pay and we absolutely in no way possible could not pay. according to the manager—(Larissa) our name was not in the system to pay online and we’ve tried countless times con

Have been here almost a year and hope that new management will bring some improvements. Doors need to be fixed and floors in hallways need carpeting that can be maintained easier. In my apartment things are great with good flooring and appliances. I am renewing my lease and excited to see what the future holds.

Very smooth transition between moving and setup. Everyone was eager and willing to answer questions. They were very flexible when it came to my work schedule. I don't think it could have been any smoother.

Lived here for 8 months. Good people. We worked at the hospital and were able to walk to work. All the major stores in Sidney are within a 2-3 minute drive. Prices are very high because of the oil rush in the area. But the units are nice. You also get a garage with your rent.
