Pheasant Run Apartments

We’ll have lived here for 5 years this year, and we truly love our home.The unit is very spacious, and we like having a patio. This place has been perfect for us, and although we know it’s not going to be our home forever, we’ve really enjoyed living here at Pheasant Run. I like being tucked away in the quiet neighborhoods. We’ve always felt safe. The pool is awesome in the summer. The maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues that may arise. We would highly recommend living here!

My wife and I have lived at Pheasant Run for a little over 12 years now, and we love how quiet and peaceful it is out here. We raised a teenager out here, even, thanks to how spacious the apartments are. Never once have we felt worried about things going on. The maintenance crew is beyond stellar and quick to fix anything when a problem arises (which is rarely). We love having access to the community pool and how close it is to everything we may need to drive to! Grateful to call this place home for as long as we have.

Things have greatly improved with new ownership. Maintenance is quick to check on things. Lawn care is done on regular basis. snow removal is fast and that makes it easy for me when I leave for work early in the mornings. Most everyone is friendly and courteous.

The complex is safe. The management, and maintenance team are responsive and kind. We've lived here for nearly a decade and have loved all seasons of Pheasant Run! They continue to strive to improve and culture an inclusive, caring community. ❤️
