We used Justin at PHD Properties to buy and sell our house. We had a great experience and cannot recommend him and his team enough! Justin is a great person all around, who made buying and selling in a difficult market a really positive experience. He was always professional, had excellent communication and stayed on top of everything. He got things done before we asked and he helped to make it all as stress free as possible. We met with Peter at our home to discuss the our house's sale in the Charleston area in early August. He said he would provide more details 3-4 days later. Contacted him twice via email and vmail at the 4-day mark and received no reply. Now it has been over a week and still no response. We have lost all confidence and faith in him and his company. Beware of his ghosting practices, and irresponsibility.
